Please be advised that the assessment coupon books recently mailed to homeowners were sent in error. At this time, the only assessments currently due are:

• 4th Quarter assessments, due October 1

• Any past-due or delinquent assessment balances from prior quarters

If your account is current, no additional payment is due at this time beyond the upcoming 4th Quarter assessment. We apologize for any confusion and appreciate your understanding.
