As a homeowner in the Bent Tree Subdivision you are legally required to submit an Architectural Review Application to the Architecture Review Committee (ARC) prior to completing any work to the exterior of your property.   

As a homeowner in Lake County, FL you are also governed by Lake County Code Enforcement and St. Johns Water District; you must seek approval from both agencies as well in some cases.  Approval by the ARC does not in anyway imply approval from these agencies.
